What does my free consultation include?
Your initial consultation is on us! We want you to receive answers from an expert dental implant specialist (Dr. Montoya) and find out if dental implants are ideal for you – without financial obligations.
Your first visit includes:

- One-on-one consultation with Dr. Montoya

Before you visit us for your consultation, you can fill out your new patient forms online for a quick check-in process.
What to expect
Step 1: Meet your friendly team
First, you’ll be greeted with smiles from our team members. You can expect this at every visit!
We’ll give you a tour of the office and get to know a little bit about you. We genuinely care about you, and we’re excited to get to know you on a personal level.
Once we’re acquainted and you feel comfortable in our office, we’ll begin your smile evaluation.
Step 2: Get a CBCT scan and digital x-rays
Our goal is to gather all of the information we need in order for us to gain the full picture of your teeth and jaw bones.
We’ll use our state-of-the-art CBCT scanning machine to produce 3D digital x-rays of your teeth and jaw bones. These high-quality images enable Dr. Montoya to assess your jaw bones, detect diseases of the jaws, and determine which type of implant solution would be best for your case.
We’ll consider your oral health, overall health, goals, needs and jaw bone density to create your personalized treatment plan and determine whether any preliminary treatments must be performed to prepare for dental implant surgery.
Step 3: Meet your doctor
We’ll head over to our consultation room where you’ll meet your dental implant specialist! Dr. Montoya will get to know you and perform a detailed physical exam of your teeth and jaws.
Dr. Montoya will discuss all of our findings with you, present you with our dental implant options, and thoroughly discuss what you can expect throughout your treatment journey.
We’ll answer all of your questions and tell you everything you need to know about your upcoming smile transformation. We’ll discuss realistic expectations and explain the process from A-Z, in a way that you understand and that makes you feel comfortable.
You’ll leave your first visit with all of your questions answered and all of your concerns addressed!
Step 4: Pick an affordable payment plan
While Dr. Montoya is creating your very own individualized treatment plan, our new patient coordinator will sit down with you and work out a financial plan to cover the cost of treatment.
We’ll discuss your needs, calculate your insurance benefit, and develop a payment plan that suits your budget. We’re proud to provide financing options for all patients – regardless of credit score.
Step 5: Prepare to smile for a lifetime
From here, we’ll schedule your procedure appointment. All you have to do is get ready to smile!
